The T's & C's

1. Service Overview

1.1. The service includes the internal and external washing,  sanitising and deodorising of domestic wheelie bins as selected during sign-up.
1.2. Cleans are carried out on a 4-weekly cycle unless otherwise stated.

2. Customer Responsibilities

2.1. Bins must be left empty and accessible on the day of cleaning.
2.2. If a bin contains waste or cannot be accessed, the clean may be skipped but still chargeable.
2.3. Missed cleans due to customer inaccessibility are non-refundable.

3. Scheduling & Access

3.1. Clean days may vary dependant on council collection time and public holiday schedule changes.
3.2. Bincredible will reschedule cleans as required.
3.3. The customer agrees to provide safe access to the property and bins.

4. Payments & Billing

4.1. Payment is taken by Direct Debit / card subscription in advance of cleaning.
4.2. Monthly subscriptions cover the cost of one 4-weekly clean.
4.3. Failed payments may result in a pause or cancellation of service.

5. Cancellations & Pauses

5.1. Customers may cancel any time but the subscription is for 6 month periods, and therefore the balance will need to be paid.
5.2. Refunds are not issued for part-used billing periods.
5.3. Bincredible may cancel service at any time (e.g., non-payment, repeated missed access, but refunds are issued if cancelled by Bincredible -  mid term).

6. Missed Bins & Exceptions

6.1. If the company misses a clean due to error, a free re-clean or credit will be provided.
6.2. If a council collection is missed and bins are full, the clean may be skipped with no refund.

7. Bin Condition

7.1. Extremely dirty or contaminated bins may require additional cleaning or may be refused.
7.2. The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, cracks, or wear to bins.

8. Health & Safety

8.1. Hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, medical waste, paint, animal waste) will not be handled.
8.2. The customer must notify the company of any risks on-site (loose pets, access hazards, etc.).

9. Liability

9.1. The company is insured for public liability; however, liability is limited to the cost of the service.
9.2. The company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

10. Data & Communication

10.1. Customer data is stored securely and used only for service communication and billing.
10.2. Customers agree to receive service reminders/updates by SMS, email, or phone.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. The company may update these Terms & Conditions with notice posted on the website or via email.
